Everette, there is a word that describes you: Uxorious.
A wonderful adjective that the OED defines as " being excessively fond of one's wife".

I didn't get a chance to say how much I enjoyed working with you. You were a lifesaver on so many occasions. I wish you and Ieda all good things. Remember, "the best is yet to come."
